Is FeldMed Membership covered by insurance?

No. FeldMed is a direct-care practice. Membership fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. HSA and FSA eligibility varies by plan; patients are encouraged to check with their plan administrator. Certain individual services and prescriptions may be billed through insurance separately where applicable.

Can a member upgrade or downgrade tiers?

Yes. Tier changes are made at the annual renewal point or, when clinical needs dictate, mid-year on a prorated basis.

Is there a waiting list?

FeldMed maintains a deliberately limited panel. Availability is confirmed at the introductory consultation.

What is the commitment length?

Membership is annual. Payment may be made in full at enrollment or monthly across the year; annual prepayment is available at a preferred rate. There is no multi-year commitment requirement.

Can spouses or family members enroll?

Yes. Family and spouse enrollment is available at preferred pricing. Details are reviewed during the introductory consultation.
